The owner must already have created their HeliWX account (email, Google or Microsoft). Once the operator is created, they manage their members from /org.
Per-plan features (checkboxes) and limits (numbers) plus pricing. Blanking any capacity limit sets it to unlimited — including included reports, where blank means every export is included and none is ever billed on top, while 0 includes none. A blank price or currency keeps the stored value. Prices sync to Stripe automatically (Product + Price) when a Stripe key is configured; the Stripe ids are shown read-only.

Weather phenomena recognized in the app (METAR/TAF) and offered in configurations. "Critical" defines the "Critical phenomena" preset. "Selectable" controls whether it appears in the list; "Active" its use.
NOTAM taxonomy shown in the app's Categories filter. Rename and reorder the pilot categories and their ICAO Q-code subjects. "Order" is the sort rank (low first); "Active" controls whether the entry appears in the app. Clients refresh their cached copy in the background, so a change is visible from their next reload.

What each mark is CALLED. The app puts the mark in front of a NOTAM's title and nothing else says what it means, so this word is the mark's name wherever it is drawn — it is what a screen reader reads out before the title. Leave a title empty to fall back on the app's own word, which stores nothing.
State icons (Q-code conditions)
The mark the app puts in front of a NOTAM's title, per condition code. This is the ONLY place it is assigned — a pilot reads the marks, he does not set them, so every briefing of the same flight reads the same. "Shipped" is what the app uses with no setting at all — a row left on it stores nothing, so the default can never drift from the app's own catalogue.
System parameters (polling intervals, cache TTLs, engine ticks, batch sizes, budgets), grouped by subject. Most are a single whole number and state their range; a few are a table, edited as JSON and checked against their own shape on save. Values apply within ~30 seconds, without a restart. Reset returns a setting to its built-in default.
What the unattended passes have been doing. The airport thread wakes every 6 hours: each wake refreshes which airports report weather, advances the openAIP sweep (the world once per AIRAC cycle) and reads the daily openAIP delta when its switch is on; the OurAirports catalogue reloads twice per cycle (the offsets are in Settings). A separate daily pass applies the retention windows; the engines and watchdogs run on their own ticks.
